What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. If the size isn't right, you can initiate an exchange through our online portal for a different fit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Are EzyDog products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by chewing, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
